I made this harpy out of a bit of scrap brass. I've given her zygodactyl feet like an owl, for hunting, and little wing talons, because she deserved them. Her little face is securely prong set. Her mountain is small, but she rules it with a firm wing. I wouldn't mess with her.
I bought these little dollfaces almost two decades ago, and I love them so much that I keep thinking nothing is good enough to use them on. That is SILLY. This is good enough for them. These tiny ceramic faces were handmade, and glazed in white. If I had bought them more recently, I would be able to tell you the name of the artist, but I bought them while I was still a student and I've lost the records, for which I apologize.
This is an art object, not a toy. She is, unlike some of my other sculpture work, easy to dust and not subject to moths, so can be put out on a shelf or wherever you want her, and does not require a glass case. If you decide that this piece is seasonal decor, you should be able to pack it up with care.
