Earwire is hypoallergenic titanium. Body is handcut out of copper and textured one at a time with a rolling mill and patterned steel plates, highlighted with a vintage glass bead each. I don't know much about these beads, but they're marked "west germany" and came out of an old jeweler's stash. These earrings pick up light wonderfully; at certain angles showing only their rainbow patina, at other angles the pattern popping brightly. The colour comes from carefully controlling access to oxygen at very high heat, and is archival; additionally, I spray my earrings with a clearcoat, as an additional protection. Generally I'd recommend removing these before swimming in a chlorine pool or salt water, but if you forget, just rinse them in clean water afterword.
It took us a long time to start making earrings; they get in the way of a bicycle helmet, so we never wear them, and forget they exist. But we also know that many folks love earrings, so here they are, just for you! See, we do listen, after all. Scale is in inches.
