With this mask you can fool predators into attacking your nose instead of your face!
The screen over the eyes is quite easy to see through, but do act as sunglasses and are not best for very poorly lit parties. Great for parades, though.
This mask works well with glasses that rest on nosepads against the sides of your nose, but not so well with the kind that rest on the top of the nose; feel free to email for a consultation. The nose is long, and high so will work better with with a highball glass than a martini glass, and better with knife and fork kinds of foods than sandwiches (though you can probably manage a sandwich as long as you're paying attention). And I tried it last night; it fits fine over the type of cloth masks that have become ubiquitous between the time of this mask's creation and now.
The wonder of a copper mask is in the strength and give of the material. Because it is so strong, the mask can be very thin- this makes it both very light, and makes it possible to fit as a second skin. On the big ones like this, the horns are very carefully shaped to rest along your skull, distributing what weight there is evenly and comfortably; you'll feel it the same way you would feel a hat. These won't block your peripheral vision the way a leather, paper maiche, or plastic mask would. The noses are always designed in a way that allows you to eat and drink (we'll mention it specifically if there's any limitations on that-just because you can eat dinner with a knife and fork doesn't always mean you can eat a hoagie!) They can be very comfortably worn all day and night- no worries about sweat or rain causing them to soften and lose their shape. Rinse it with clean water at the end of the night before putting it away. They can stand up to anything you throw at them. As for packing? Throw it in your bag. If you're checking the bag, maybe stuff a balled up pair of socks where your forehead would go. Easy.
Our masks are flexible, and fit off the human skull. regardless of whether you think your head is very small, very large, or fairly average, they will fit. You may end up opening them up a tiny bit over the bridge of the nose, or closing them down a tiny bit in the same spot, but this can easily be done by hand.
Not planning to wear your mask? He or she won't mind. They can hang flat against a wall, or sit on a shelf.
