It's the second week of our weekly mini-collections, and this weeks theme is odradeks; everything in this collection is made from my own carefully preserved scraps. I really do try to use as much of every copper sheet as possible, to avoid all the extra energy use of having to send things to the refinery. Many of these are the cutouts from around masks, while others may have once shared an edge with a crown or a bit of jewelry. These earrings were once the cutouts from a mask's eyes, now forged into perfect autumnal leaves.
Earwire is Hypoallergenic titanium. It took us a long time to start making earrings; they get in the way of a bicycle helmet, so we never wear them, and forget they exist. But we also know that many folks love earrings, so here they are, just for you! See, we do listen, after all.
